Favorite sangria recipe

1.75 liter bottle cheap Cabernet or Pinot noir
Two oranges, circle sliced
One lime, sliced in thin circles
Mint leaves
Banana, sliced
Flavored sparkling water, I like to use LaCroix lime flavor

Combine all in a large pitcher with ice and let soak, add honey to sweeten to your taste preference. Enjoy!!

Note: make sure to not leave fruit in the wine for longer than 24 hours, it can get bitter if left to soak for too long so strain it and eat the fruit if you aren’t going to drink all the sangria right away.
